Buscamos un experto profesional sector Automoción Aftermarket como:

Jefe Ventas Iberia  División Automoción (f/m)

Funciones

  • Reporting directo al Director General
  • Análisis de Mercado y Seguimiento de la Competencia
  • Análisis de Posicionamiento y Desarrollo del Portfolio de Productos.
  • Desarrollo de Negocio e implementación de Estrategias Comerciales en España y Portugal para ampliar la cuota de mercado
  • Gestión directa de Grandes Cuentas (Key Accounts, Distribuidores nacionales y regionales). Definición de objetivos y promociones con posterior seguimiento y análisis de resultados.
  • Liderar un equipo de 20 personas
  • Definición de objetivos al equipo comercial, seguimiento y motivación del equipo.
  • Comunicación directa con la matriz
  • Controlar y gestionar la cuenta de resultados de la División de Automoción (top to bottom).

Perfil profesional
• Formación Universitaria: ADE o Ingeniería
• Experiencia 5+ años en Dirección Comercial y Gestión de Grandes Cuentas
• Experiencia exitosa en desarrollo e implementación de estrategias comerciales y en técnicas de marketing de producto preferiblemente en Aftermarket Automotive, Talleres o sectores afines B2B
• Alta capacidad y habilidad en Liderazgo de equipos comerciales multidisciplinares
• Conocimiento de herramientas relacionadas con Análisis de datos, digitalización y BI
• Disponibilidad para viajar por España, Portugal y puntualmente al extranjero (40%)
• Visión estratégica, mindset crítico y disruptivo, ADN empresarial

Senior  Software Engineer  Telecommunications

Functions:

SW Development and programming of the Axiros solution portfolio (open device and Service Management)
Analysis of protocols and implementation of integration
Managing project and service requirements in telecommunications ecosystems
Integration into the customer ecosystem and subsequent support

Profile / Hard Skills:

  • 5 years experience in programming with Python
  • Extensive experience working with Linux
  • Knowledge about network stacks, technologies and transport protocols (e.g. TCP, UDP, HTTP, Websockets, REST, SOAP, maybe knowledge in SNMP, DHCP, TR-069, DOCSIS)
  • Messaging and streaming technologies (e.g. MQTT, AMQP, Kafka, MapReduce, RxPY)
  • SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MogoDB, Redis, and Cassandra or Aerospike)
  • Web Technologies (HTML5, Javascript (e.g. NodeJS, AngularJS, maybe experience with RiotsJS or React))
  • Desirable knowledge: MongoDB, Zope
  • Knowledge of German/DACH telco environment

Senior  PreSales  Engineer  Telecommunications

Functions:

Lead complete sales cycle inside Axiros Iberia + proactive support of existing Engineer and Sales Team

Project requirements engineering

Link between customers and Engineers/Sales

Responsible contact person for customers (C-Level)

Propose solutions, develop and present technical presentations and proposals

Occasionally manage aftersales tasks

Profile / Hard Skills:

  • Academic degree: Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5 years’ experience as Presales Engineer in Telecom Company Spain with proven sales success
  • Deep knowledge of Iberian Telecom industry (Key-Player)
  • Experience in SW development and integration in telecom solutions (Python, Linux, SQL, HTML etc.) desirable
  • Experience with network stacks, technologies and transport protocols, messaging and streaming technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, Web Technologies are welcome and will improve your candidature
  • Spanish native  +  English business
