Multilingual TEAM LEADER Telephone Sales French – Italian – English Ref: HCSAAS014
- Lead, develop and manage sales agents and account manager (telephone contacts B2B)
- Motivate, train and drive the team to best results for the relationship client- company
- Elaborate telephone campaigns and define action plannings
- Negotiate and close deals by phone at the highest levels (CEO ́s)
- Handle the client needs through the complexity of our platform
- Min. 3 years leader experience within internet/IT – preferably in selling SaaS & e-commerce solutions by phone
- Experience and interest in internet and software and used to deal with IT colleagues
- Used to work in start up environment with high frequency of changes
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Resistant to stress and frustration
- Ability to define the optimal priorization in times with high charge of work and competent to focus in the big points in relationship and development of the clients.
Languages: French, Italian and English language fluent as a MUST. Other languages will be a plus.
Your skills: Sales and client oriented Professional, used to steer sales people through complex sales processes and able to deal with different types of employees and clients.
